If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I forgot to add a time for delivery. I called up, and they delivered it to my wife at work right when I wanted the flowers to be there. The bouquet was great and my wife loved it.
